Conference Space & Accommodations

Conference Space:

The conference will be held in both Regents Hall and Beane Hall in Lewis Towers on Loyola University Chicago’s Water Tower Campus.

Accommodations:

If you are attending the conference from out of town, there are a number of hotel options we can recommend for your consideration. Here are three hotels within close proximity of Loyola’s Water Tower Campus and the conference venue:

Baumhart Hall
Distance from Conference Hall: < 0.1 miles

This option is suit-style accommodations (private room and bathroom, but shared common area and kitchen). The rooms are located in a designated section of Baumhart Hall on the Water Tower Campus, and provide the simplicity and convenience of ‘dorm style’ accommodations close to the conference venue. If you are interested in these accommodations, please click here on the link above to be redirected to Baumhart Hall reservations.

AC Hotel Chicago Downtown
Distance from Conference Hall: 0.3 miles

This is a standard hotel style accommodation located close to the Water Tower Campus. If you are interested in these accommodations, please click here on the link above to be redirected to the Four Points by Sheraton.

The Talbott
Distance from Conference Hall: 0.2 miles

The Talbott is a smaller, boutique style hotel that is close by the conference venue. If you are interested in these accomodations, please click on the link above to be redirected to The Talbott.
